Mike stared at the heavily breathing Will, stunned and with a hint of awe. Around them lay the bloodied, torn bodies of soldiers, scattered like broken dolls. Above them hung the dark canvas of the sky—indifferent, as always. Just moments ago, there had been frantic gunfire, but now not a sound could be heard: only their breathing. And it was precisely this contrast of a few minutes that made the situation feel so unreal.

Summary
Jeongin is pulled out of his musings by Dr. Lee clicking his tongue in a disapproving manner. Oh god, here we go.
He checks his watch.
“My my, Officer Yang,” the chill that runs up Jeongin’s spine is criminal. “It sure did take you a while to get up here, what happened? Were you sleeping on the job?”
It took Jeongin less than five minutes. He knows because he’s timed how quickly he can respond to Dr. Lee’s office from anywhere in the hospital.
OR:
Jeongin is a security officer at the renowned JYP Medical Center. The same hospital that Dr Lee Minho is employed at. Minho likes to make himself Jeongin's problem by "losing" his keys.

Summary
Jisung is rudely snapped out of his stupor when Jeongin claps his hands right in front of his face. He stumbles and almost upturns his chair but thankfully regains balance on time.
“What was that for?” he cries out, already preparing to start whining.
Jeongin sighs. “You zoned out for like the fifth time tonight.”
There is a beat of silence in which Jisung contemplates how to make the words “I was preoccupied by how beautiful your lips look when you sing” sound a little less gay. Jeongin knows he is gay but. Still.
