Quietly she enters the room, where people are already sitting in meditation. Kara scans the space for a free mat, scans the space for Lena. Softly she strides her way over to the free mat. She walks along Lena’s mat. Briefly pausing there. She can hear Lena breathing. Her breathing ratio ragged. Nothing like she is used from Lena, who always has a balanced breath. Kara feels slightly guilty for arranging her own cop out. Then she brings herself to her mat to join the others in their practice.
