Summary
The caller’s tone and diction have changed greatly, now resembling a famous showman. It’s immediately recognizable and unmistakable. Doing a double take, a shot of adrenaline overtakes as Spamton’s torso rises on instinct placing his body weight on his propped forearms. Under the strain, the rickety couch creaks loudly.
After being snubbed for so long by the other Addisons, Spamton intercepts a call and takes on a new commercial opportunity. There, he meets Tenna for the first time, someone who the scammer may or may not try be interested in ... for purely business of course.

Summary
Spamton has a problem. Lately, Tenna has been more physical with him, touches on the shoulder, on the back, on his face. Touches that make his guts twist and his heart flutter. Maybe Tenna is starting to view him as more than a business partner. But the old CRT was always loud and boisterous. It could mean nothing.
Things come to a head one night when he's over at Tenna’s for dinner. With emotions running high, they'll need to decide where they stand with each other, or if things must stay professional.

Summary
Spamton’s roots were growing out. It took a while for Tenna to notice, or maybe it just took a while to happen. His body was so different now, hard plastic where there had once been soft feathers, gaping, empty sockets that had once held sharp eyes. Static and unchanging. Wounds that would have once healed with time now had to be carefully repaired and his blood was no longer a familiar, humanizing red. He was a doll in more than just appearance. And, like a doll, his hair didn’t grow. Or at least, it hadn't.
OR: Tenna notices that Spamton's stopped dying his hair, despite how vital he knows it was to him. He tries to help without completely ruining whatever fragile truce they've managed to construct.
