Probably romance, Luo Binghe thinks. Perhaps cultivation adventure stories where the hero always gets the girl and slays evil.
Shen Qingqiu flips his fan open to hide his face. "Revenge stories," he replies.

Luo Binghe has been good to him so far. There’s no reason to be scared of him, even if the night makes him look so eerie. So, Shen Yuan takes a deep breath. “The woodshed has some kind of demonic energy around it, Luo-shixiong.”
“It does?” Luo Binghe doesn’t even glance at it. His eyes are doing that strange thing where they don’t seem to catch the light, swallowed by shadow no matter the angle. “Well, I suppose that would make sense.”
After five years away from Qing Jing, Shen Yuan returns to meet Luo Binghe—an outcasted, but sweet boy. There's something unsettling about him, and Shizun despises him, but Shen Yuan likes this new shixiong a little too much to care.
