“I just don’t see it,” Karma replied, his gaze falling back down to meet the hero’s. “He goes to the top Hero School in the world. He’s more heroic than I’ll ever be. Plus, I’m not that reckless,” he argued.
“That stabbing from a few weeks ago tells me otherwise,” Eraser countered, making Karma roll his eyes.
“It was a mild graze!” Karma exclaimed defensively. “And it’s not my fault I panicked after seeing the hostage,” he added as he crossed his arms and pouted dramatically.
“You’re unbelievable,” Eraser sighed, making Karma laugh at his resignation.
(or, after the events of the Sports Festival, Izuku, aka Karma, tries to find ways to get stronger. How that leads to him living a secret double life? He had no idea, but hey, he might as well enjoy it!).

Katsuki wasn’t gonna let UA scare him off, not after all the work he put into getting there. So he nutted up and aced Aizawa-sensei’s first day test, and then he aced the first few days of classes. He hadn’t scared anyone off, and he hadn’t had a meltdown, and he was feeling pretty good all things considered, Except Four-Eyes and his pretentious whining, of course.
Except the kid three seats behind him with the green hair that made the Izuku-shaped hole in his life burn.
The resemblance to Katsuki’s Izuku was too much, and it made Katsuki want to rip his skin off and scream.

“What are you doing?” The man cuts himself off whatever he was saying about how ‘being a hero is dangerous’ and how a ‘quirkless person could do other things like be a cop!’ or some other nonsense Izuku didn’t hear.
The green haired boy drops his bright yellow All Might Themed book bag on the concrete roof.
The thud seems to unsettle All Might. Or maybe something else does.
Izuku’s actions? His blank stare? His empty huff?
Who knows. Who cares?
Izuku looks up at his idol with squinted eyes and furrowed brows as he takes his jacket off, folds it, and places it on his lined up shoes. He looks at the shoes, the ledge, the man in front of him, and explains a little condescendingly because well, it seems pretty obvious-
“I’m going to jump off the ledge now.”

That crazy chick with the chain quirk took me down last week and I almost keeled over. Would’ve gotten a serious beatdown if Red Riot hadn’t been there to bail me out.”
Izuku’s neck creaked as he slowly turned towards him. The chatter in the bar paused briefly before quickly picking up again, the usual patrons having a sixth sense for when something was absolutely none of their business. “Excuse me?”
