Summary
Kevin is on his back, earphones in as he works on his paper for his Women in History class. The fan is on overhead, and the pillow under his back and shoulders is firm and just right. His fingers glide over the keys, and the funky Afro-beats study playlist Jeremy sent him is definitely not his usual vibe, but it's really working for him right now. His foot bobs idly as he works.
The door opens and he flicks his gaze up, then looks back down at his paper, types two words, and then looks back up abruptly with quick blinks.
Because yes, the door has opened, and yes, Andrew and Neil have come in. Those things are normal, run-of-the-mill, routine. But this time, they're joined at the mouth, and Neil is being pushed in backwards, hands behind his back as Andrew blindly kicks the door shut behind them and grips Neil's hips. Neil groans and kisses Andrew back, takes another step backwards when Andrew pushes.
It's not not the first time Kevin has watched his "not"-boyfriends make out. Just. Usually, it's sort of a…prearranged kind of thing.

Summary
There’s a question on Kevin’s tongue, one he won’t let escape because it will lead to nothing and there’s no one to answer him. It weighs heavier each day. How do you grieve for someone who’s still alive, who might not be buried? Kevin doesn’t know how to tell Neil he’s already built him a funeral bouquet, that it’s heavy enough that the drawer won’t pry open as easily anymore. That it’s made from steel grey and rosy pink.
Their days are running out and yet here Neil is, buying fruit because Kevin doesn’t dare to ask for a midnight snack.

Summary
Allison hums and gently grabs Kevin’s chin between her pointer finger and thumb, gives him a second to register the touch, then leans closer to speak against the shell of his ear. “It won’t kill you to be preoccupied with something else for one night, no?”
She feels more than hears the sharp intake of breath against her fingers as she presses her lips to Kevin’s cheeks, not quite a kiss but with enough pressure that her presence cannot be ignored.
“Tell me, Kevin. Is the court calling your name right now?”
Allison knows that if she wants to get back at Seth, Kevin Day is the solution.
