Summary
Aemond hated Lucerys. He hated him to the core of his soul, to the deepest recesses of his calloused heart, and to the shivers in his body. Lucerys, who had cut out his eye as a child and left an ugly scar on his face, deserved to be strangled in the bed. Aemond could envision Lucerys torn apart by Vhagar, pierced by a sword, stabbed with a dagger, or thrown from the castle below. But of all the options for possible murder, Aemond, fantasizing on blueberry nights, invariably chose suffocation. He would slowly absorb Lucerys' life, watch the light go out in his charming eyes, and, laughing at his agony, catch his last breaths with his lips. Painful would be the death, blissful would be the revenge. Aemond did not care that he would die along with Lucerys, allowing hatred to consume him like a wildfire.
