Summary
Grace’s short history of relationships taught him that maybe he was just childish. Maybe he just— maybe he didn’t want a relationship. Maybe he just wanted a best friend who wouldn't leave him when they got married. That he was the one that was the problem.
Adults had sex. That was a fact of life. They fell in love and love meant sex and that was just how it was. If you didn’t want to have sex then you weren’t really in love. Sure sex didn’t equate to love— people had flings all the time— but romance and sex were the kind of things that went together. So Grace had just— accepted the words of his girlfriends. That maybe he just never actually loved them the way he thought he did. Maybe he just liked them and tied the thought of romance to it so that he could monopolize their time. That all just came together so maybe he actually was just leading these women on. All of them gave him everything he needed in a relationship but he’d never been able to be what they needed. Wasn’t that selfish? Wasn’t that cruel?
Alternatively: Grace is alloromantic asexual. This is traumatizing in many ways. Not for Rocky though. Rocky's perfectly okay with being in love and never having sex.

“What are you doing?” Varka asks, a little breathless.
“Isn’t it obvious?” Flins rubs his palm into the meat of Varka’s inner thigh, not giving up on touching the other man. “Surely you must know I am just as interested in you as those women.”
The hand around Flins’ wrist tightens as Varka’s breath hitches in his throat. “You’re lying. You have to be pulling my leg here.”
A soft sigh leaves Flins’ lips. Of course, Varka doesn’t know that about the fae, which isn’t his fault really. “Fae cannot lie, Sir Varka.” A pause. “Is it that you do not want it, that you do not want me?”
“I want it,” Varka blurts out immediately, as if he has already known his answer this whole time but just needed a little push in the right direction. “I want you so bad. It’s been plaguing my mind for months.”

Summary
The noise from outside is cut off with the closing of the door, the air inside becoming less hazy as the hiss of clean air fills the room. At the sound of the hiss disappearing, Dokja removes the mask from his lower face. It's cold, almost frigid, if not for the warmth now plastered to his chest and torso. A head filled with fluffy synth hair drops against his collar with a loud thump, a face nuzzling against his neck as two thick arms wrap around his waist in a tight squeeze.
"Missed me ya damn Sunfish?" N'gai Model 1864_R, or Joonghyuk as they both prefer to call him, glares up at him with circuit filled irises. He clutches Dokja tighter against him as if in reply, before slamming his forehead hard against his chest.
"It's been one week, four days, eight hours, and forty-two minutes since you left," Joonghyuk frowns, the artificial muscles beneath his all too attractive face plate still responding smoothly, "you told me you'd return in two days."
