“What are you planning on doing now?” The Crown Prince asked with a sigh.
Cale, a bit baffled, opened his mouth, “Why are you talking like I’m always causing trouble for you?”
“That’s quite literally all you do.” Alberu shot back in an annoyed tone, the cookie crumbs on Cale’s face bothering him a little more than usual today…..it was probably because of how close he was.

That was indeed very much true…..but Mai did not make it to her first class……or her second…..she didn’t make it to any of the classes because she couldn’t make it to the campus at all.
Mai did not reply, but the distressed and embarrassed expression on her face said enough.

Alberu stared at Cale in stupefaction as he calmly pulled out two glasses and a bottle of wine that he’d hidden inside his coat and proceeded to pour each of them a drink.
“It’s been a while since we last drank. The party may be over, but we still have a few hours before midnight.”
Cale especially loved drinking with his hyung-nim. To witness crimson spread across his cheeks was enough to put a smile on his face. But after tonight's event, he vowed to make sure Alberu never touches a single drop of alcohol ever again.
