When Karen mentions that Frank went on a mission and hasn’t checked in since, Matt Murdock tells himself it’s nothing. Frank disappears all the time. That’s what he does.
But something about it feels… wrong.
When Matt finally tracks him down, he finds Frank alone—injured, exhausted, and teetering on the edge of something darker than either of them wants to name.
Frank jokes, like he always does. Matt doesn’t laugh.

Summary
Story outline for where I planned to take all my 'Entocanon' yogfic timelines - or, at least, how I remember it, plus years of on-off idle contemplation; and a week of letting impulsivity drive. Do I plan to actually *write* a decade-out-of-date, self-indulgent sequel fanfic of my own fanfic? Not currently. Might it happen? No idea.
Because where's the fun in the trousers of time, if you can't sometimes twist the ankles together and shake 'em up, every now and then?

Marty stared at her for a moment or two, mouth agape in shock, before laughing nervously. "Uh, did I, uh, did I say all that out loud?" he stammered out.
"You asked what day it is," Linda replied, suspicion filling her voice. "It's Friday."
"…" Marty squirmed under her continued gaze. "Friday…………?"
Linda raised her eyebrow even more. "Friday, May 16th…… 1986."
"Oh, thank God." He breathed out a sigh of relief, bringing a hand to his chest. He looked down at it, held it up, and nervously glanced at Linda. "Hey, uh, I look… not see-through, right?" He realized this was a weird question, but at this point, she should be used to it.
"…opaque?" Linda clarified, looking even more confused.
"Yes- yes! Opaque." Marty nodded frantically. "I look opaque, right? Right?"
She furrowed her eyebrows. "Jeez, um. Yes. You look… very opaque. Are you alright?'(Or: marty lets slip that things Happened.... but post-game (and sort of post-comic) this time! cue the existential dread and paranoia!
