Max has life perfectly sorted into boxes. Training, sim work, racing, winning. Then there's the Charles Box. A box that, inconveniently and perpetually, seems to be leaking. Specifically, it leaks every time Charles Leclerc is post-race, flushed, breathless.Even now, months into their relationship, the sight short-circuits Max's brain and sends a very specific, very embarrassing signal south. He has the love of his life in his bed every night, yet a post-quali glow can still make him blush like a teenager. It's terribly inefficient.

Finally, Sirius couldn’t stand the suspense any longer. “It can’t possibly be that bad, Moons. What happened?”
James snickered as Remus covered his face and let out an anguished groan.
James took over in Remus’s embarrassed silence. “You know how I’ve been training Moons in gentle strengthening and functional movement? To help his Ehlers-Danlos?”
“Yeah. Obviously.”
Of course Sirius knew. He was the one who sent Remus the links with the data to support the recommendations after James’s source of “trust me, bro” was, unsurprisingly, ineffective. They’d been friends for a decade and still Prongs somehow didn’t know that the best way to bend Remus to his will was to give him peer-reviewed evidence.
“Well, I advanced him from hanging flutter kicks to knee raises, and suddenly…” James twitched and gasped in an imitation of…something. If Sirius didn’t know better, he’d think it was supposed to look like he came.
“What does that mean? What are you doing?”
