Summary
Ever since the fateful meeting on Little Planet, Amy's had her heart set on a certain blue hedgehog. She'll chase after him, he'll occasionally let her catch up – before racing away again. It's how they roll.
Until Dr. Robotnik launches his next great invention, the 'Egg Scrambler'. Seeking to test the bounds of its power, the doctor has Metal Sonic plant the device on Amy Rose while it's configured with a simple command: Destroy Sonic the Hedgehog.
Can Sonic break through to the real Amy and pull her back from the brink? Sure. Maybe. He just needs to survive the Piko Piko hammer long enough to get there.

Amy wants to take her speed to the next level and Sonic is keen to help her get there, offering to train her. They both visit Emerald Coast, a prime spot for racing. Sonic guides Amy along with pointers while they run the track and tries his best to keep focus. But with Amy sprinting by his side, that of course proves a little tricky.

The Prower Glove! Capable of shutting down any computer permanently with just a touch. To help Tails test it, Sonic and Amy break into Dr. Robotnik's base for a trial run. But things quickly take a turn for the worse after Sonic mistakenly uses the glove on a computer linked up to Sage, Robotnik's digital daughter.
A reluctant team-up between enemy and ally is needed to overcome the challenges that lie ahead and get Sage back. But time is running out, and trust is in short supply.
