Summary
Set in the aftermath of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, V is a mercenary running out of time, options, and any reason to keep playing by someone else’s rules. The Relic is slowly killing her, and survival once again comes wrapped in conditions.
Drawn into the orbit of the Federal Intelligence Agency and President Rosalind Myers, V is sent into Dogtown to recover Songbird under the familiar pretense of possible salvation. Nothing is guaranteed. Nothing ever is.
When V realizes how easily she can be sacrificed and how expendable she has always been, she makes a calculated, irreversible decision. She betrays them.
Instead, she turns to Dogtown, a sub-district ruled by Kurt Hansen, a warlord and former Militech colonel whose honesty is as brutal as it is rare in Night City. V does not believe Hansen is good. She believes he is effective. And for the first time, that feels safer than promises from people who already consider her dead.
What follows is the slow, dangerous unraveling of a truth that could destabilize not only Dogtown, but V herself. V confronts autonomy, freedom, and the cost of choosing love in a world that does not reward it, and where loss is inevitable rather than born of betrayal.

Summary
The presence observing them offers no introduction. It simply watches, biding its time until the threshold between waking and dreaming dissolves into a singular, blurred reality. It waits for the moment when waking and dreaming become indistinguishable.
As unseen dimensions press closer to the waking world, Sal and Larry are pulled into a slow collapse of space, memory, and self.
Not every dream wants to end. Not every door is meant to open from this side.
Sleep is no longer an escape.
And some places, it seems, exist only to be returned to. -

Summary
“Larold,” as Sal would jokingly and affectionately refer to him, was a blend of the names “Larry” and “Harold,” a nickname Sal had coined about a year into their friendship. Over time, Sal learned the true story behind why Larry despised his true name. He had always told their classmates that ‘Larry’ wasn’t short for anything, but in reality, that was a total lie—his full name was in fact Lawrence. A name that carried painful memories given that it was his father’s middle name.
The same father who’d walked out on him and his mother when he was only eleven years old.
Larry had whispered these details to Sal during one of their many late night conversations over their walkie talkies in the Addison apartments. His voice tinged with a mixture of angst and bitterness.

Barghest is searching for something dangerous. Organized crime, corporate proxies, and rogue AIs want it. A Fixer in the employ of the Havana cartel assembles a team to win the prize. But will the dog eat dog nature of the district cost them all?
Part 2: Chapter 26-39 A few extra cases of drug psychosis in Dogtown? Seems kind of banal except that all the stories seem to end at a pharmacorp's door...
