Kiryu stood in front of the mirrored wardrobe in his small Nagasugai apartment, the blinds drawn closed despite the cheerful morning sun outside. What had intended to be a quick one-over before he headed to work was turning into a staring competition with his own reflection. He'd lived in a baggy sweatsuit most of his days here, and it had certainly been doing a good job of making him feel like he hadn't gained a substantial amount of weight over the past few months.

This suit-and-shirt combo he wore for nearly a decade—minus prison time—to “accentuate” his sculpted physique, as he put it once, was the very thing that now made the change so striking: it accentuated alright, too well even, except the body poured into this classic outfit could hardly be called sculpted anymore."
Majima learns to accept his weight gain kink, as Kiryu comes back from Okinawa, fatter and more beautiful than ever.

He recalled a time when he’d made the mistake of drinking three BOSS coffees back to back, up late on a job. That had been bad. This was worse.
Hurrying to get out of the street, Kiryu leaned hard against a flashing sign, some big bright display advertising a local DVD shop.
He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down, but even as he stood there, he felt increasingly anxious. Panic crawled up his spine, his heartbeat thundering in his ears. He contemplated what he should do. Call an ambulance?
No. He knew exactly who to call.
The phone rang once before the voice at the other end of the line took Kiryu from terrified to angry.
“Yo! Kiryu-chan!”
