Summary
When Iida Tenya got his quirk, the one of the first things he tried was to write to his soulmate. He never got a response. Meanwhile, Midoriya Izuku was trying to figure out why his words never made it to his soulmate, no matter what kind of pen he used.
Soulmate AU where writing on your skin can be seen and felt by your soulmate through your quirk. The quirkless can see the words and write back with special pens, but can never feel them.
