Summary
An Avengers spin on The Old Guard -
Natasha Romanoff is joined by Clint Barton, Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson, as they evolve and adapt to a world that moves around them. Soon, the group catches wind of another one like them. Joined by a new member with a troubled past, the group faces a dark conspiracy that arises and forces Natasha to face the darkness she was born into. A force that threatens to end the Guard. A family that will stop at nothing to survive. Chaos ensues.

Summary
Once out of HYDRA’s grasp, Bucky’s memories start to come back to him in a jumble, so he seeks out Steve for help. Once he’s safe in Avengers Tower, Bucky starts to interact with the ragtag team of superheros as they investigate a series of strange attacks on former SHIELD agents. With the help of Bruce and Tony, he starts to piece together more of his past, and he's surprised to remember that Steve isn’t the only Avenger he has a history with. Tucked among the dark past he struggles to reconcile are a series of uncommonly good memories with a certain former Russian operative.

Natasha thought the Winter Soldier was not her problem. Standing in front of the Bucky Barnes portion of the Smithsonian exhibit, she had to admit the Winter Soldier was at least a little bit her problem, if only because Steve was so thoroughly compromised when it came to him. She just wasn’t prepared for how very much the Winter Soldier was her problem too.
In which Natasha is Psyche, and Bucky is Eros, kind of.

A little girl stumbles out of a burning building, blood staining the snow where it drips from her hand.
