Summary
As Peter got into the car and buckled his seatbelt, he felt Tony's hand press against his forehead. The man’s frown deepened, and he started taking off his watch.
“Put this on,” he instructed.
“Huh? Why?” Peter took a moment longer than he usually would to react. His thoughts were muddled and lagging.
“It has sensors,” Tony said. “I want to check your temperature.”
“Okay,” Peter mumbled, pressing his cheek against the glass of the car window. “But I don't think it's that bad.”
Tony helped him fasten the device around his wrist. He scrolled through the little screen until he found what he was looking for. His breath caught when he read the number.
Or
After taking a brief hiatus due to being sick, Peter is ready to jump back into life as Spider-Man. Unfortunately, his body has other plans.
It's some Irondad and Spiderson fluff, largely inspired by the dozens of similar fics on this website I have read.

After the plane incident, Tony realized he was dealing with a spider kid who had a hero complex the size of Queens with an added distinct lack of self-preservation. Tony was glad that none of that seemed to be his fault, but he was willing to take responsibility just a little. He did, after all, give him a suit and bring him into an argument he didn’t belong in. He might not have started this particular fire, but he did help fan the flames.
(Or Grumpy Old Man's heart grows a million sizes bigger when he lets a certain Spiderkid in and discovers a new family to call his own.)

“Mr. Stark?” Peter says, in disbelief, after he picks it up. He asks: “Is it really you?”
“Hey, we need to take pictures,” Tony says.
