Summary
Miranda and Emily court Andrea. She has to choose who she likes better.
Emily took a deep breath in.
"All of this doesn't matter, Miranda, not at all."
Oh, finally.
"Yes, Emily, you are right," Miranda added in a small voice.
"Who do you pick?" was said simultaneously.
Now she was screwed.
"Oh, ah, ehm..." Andy took a sip of water, then a sip of wine, then another sip of water. The situation was delicate. Extremely delicate.
And then she was saved. -

Summary
That feeling of "I have to do something" had always been part of her: in elementary school when she punched a boy two years older than her for bullying another girl, when she chose journalism, when she moved to New York, when she did everything and more as Miranda’s assistant, when she tried to warn Miranda in Paris about Irv’s scheme, and when she finally left Runway. Andrea Sachs always has to save someone — a friend, a stranger, an industry, or even herself.

Summary
“The twins and I got you something,” Miranda said, gesturing toward a small box on the counter.
Andy opened it and found a coffee mug with bold lettering wrapped around it: World’s Second Best Mom.
Or
Andy’s relationship with the twins through Miranda’s eyes (My attempt at Miranda being sappy because Andy is such a good parent to the twins).

Summary
Miranda Priestly does not make reservations. She does not get cold. She does not blush. She does not find Andrea Sachs' complete inability to identify the correct fork anything other than deeply irritating.
What she does do, apparently, is sit in silence for eleven minutes while Andrea scratches her arm without noticing she's doing it — and feel, with great displeasure, something she doesn't have a name for yet.
Miranda Priestly has survived thirty years of things in an industry that should have leveled her. She is completely unprepared for this.
