Summary
Annabeth Chase is between a rock and a hard place.
About to start her seventh and last year at Hogwarts, her mother ropes her into a political arrangement that threatens to jeopardize the future she’s worked so hard to achieve.
But there's a light at the end of the tunnel: the Triwizard Tournament has returned after centuries of hiatus, and being the victor might be just what Annabeth needs to escape her situation. However, winning the Tournament is no easy task, and she is going to have to swallow her pride and ask Percy Jackson's help, of all people.
Certainly things will not spiral out of control. Annabeth has everything figured out, thank you very much.

his hands come up automatically—one bracing beside her head, the other firmly settling on her hip.
“you don’t get to be jealous,” she says, breath quickening.
“i am,” he says flatly. “deal with it.”
that does it. she grabs his shirt and yanks him down into her.
it’s violent. teeth clashing, breath sharp, hands fisting fabric like she’s trying to tear through him.
he responds instantly, one hand sliding from her waist to her lower back, gripping hard enough to pull her fully against him. the other stays braced by her head, boxing her in.
“you’re so fucking irritating,” she mutters against his mouth.
“yeah?” he fires back, kissing her harder. “you’re the one who started this.”
