Guilt and turmoil bubbling in his stomach he goes home to a loving fiance, ready to make his stress slip away. Unconditional love helps ease Sapanp's mind, along with a few well placed touches.
Alterantively: Sapnap gives Karl full control over his subconscious and they fuck.

Summary
Dream knew that Sapnap was always so persuasive. He knew it by the way the man would look at him, allusiveness in his eyes, and command him to do something. He knew it in the way Sapnap would pet his hair and whisper lists of things to-do that day in an oh-so sultry tone. Dream also knew that he would do anything Sapnap said- or even suggested- right that minute. Anything the raven asked of him would get done as soon as possible.
Now maybe, just maybe, Sapnap got off on it. His personal little mutt, mind too dumb to think of anything else but the tasks Sapnap gave him. Maybe the younger wanted to go deeper into that fantasy of control- maybe he wanted to render Dream completely helpless, make the older try so hard to beg and plead, but nothing would be able to come out of his dirty little mouth. Maybe Sapnap wanted to ruin him.
These were all hypothetical maybes, of course.

Summary
The bell rings once and it ripples in George's mind, touching the furthest, fuzziest corners. In a matter of seconds, his eyes are completely dilated, warm brown colors drowning in the overwhelming darkness of his irises. A low, throaty purr begins to emit from him as his ears flicker curiously, staring at Dream with such intensity that one might think he was going to pounce on him at any moment.
He isn’t, though.
He's a good kitty for Dream.

“George is like, Dream’s girlfriend or something,” Sapnap said, the rest of the Discord call erupting in laughter.
“You’re so stupid.” George huffed, leaning back in his chair with a pout that no one could see. He wasn’t streaming, but one of their friends was, meaning that the line would inevitably be clipped to hell and back.
The weirdest part, though, was that hearing the word girlfriend be used to refer to himself made George feel… something. He didn’t quite know yet. But it wasn’t a bad feeling, that was for sure.
“Aw, George, it’s okay. You can be my little girlfriend if you want.” Dream teased, before erupting in a wheezing laugh that was soon backed by the laughter of the rest of their friends.
“Whatever.” George laughed it off.
It was definitely not whatever.
