He grabs the collar of the sorcerer’s shirt, pulls him down, and smashes their lips together.

A certain someone doesn't seem to approve of him leaving, and truth be told, between sleeping in or attending a work conference, the answer is simple.
Pretend to want to go until they're so insistent that he stays, so Rui can stay in bed with minimal guilt. Toya won't mind, surely?

“Hm?” Tsukasa looks at him confused. “That was it?” He asks in a tone that seems to be disappointed.
“Ah! Well, maybe more than a couple of days... Three? Four? I’m really not good at taking the time that has passed since the last time I showered, I don’t pay much attention to it...” Rui speaks lower than usual, his words coming out of his mouth like a murmur. Still, Tsukasa listens intently. "I'm sorry,"
“You don’t have to apologize, Rui.” Tsukasa comforts him. With his hand, he clears Rui's forehead of his hair and tries to get closer, leaving a kiss on the spot. "I admire you a lot, Rui, but I also want you to take care of yourself, you’re an important member of our troop and a great friend and… my boyfriend… so…
Would it be good if we showered together?”Or; Rui struggles with hygiene, luckily Tsukasa understands. They take a shower together.

“It appears so.” Rui smiles down at him fondly and begins to card his fingers through Tsukasa’s hair. “That’s alright. I’ll wake him up early tomorrow morning so he can go back to his own room.”
He’s aware of his friends’ gazes softening as they watch him. And really, what else is he supposed to do? When Tsukasa’s face is nestled neatly in his chest, hair right within touching distance, and when his crush’s arms are wrapped around his waist and he’s asleep in his arms. Oh, wow. Tsukasa is sleeping in his arms. In the same bed as him.
Rui really loves being in love with Tsukasa.
