Summary

“You’re too good at riling me up.” Takeshi groaned, rubbing a hand through his hair. Both frustrated that he had come all this way to pick up a whiny Nakamigawa, and also worked up, they always knew how to push each other’s buttons.
“I know you too well.” Nakamigawa grinned, the drunken flush on his cheeks giving him a radiant glow.
“You know how to make me want you and that pisses me off a little."

“Sorry for not consulting you about this, but you’re not getting much healthier undertaking all your own chores.” Kazutoshi didn’t like where she was going with this, he was perfectly happy doing things on his own. “So, I arranged a maid to accompany you and take on the tasks you’ve otherwise been completing on your own. Unlike the other ground’s staff, he will be your personal assistant. Do be nice to him please, he’s your age so I hope you get along.”
Kazutoshi was going to open his mouth in protest before he was distracted by a polite bow and delicate words.
“M-my name is Ken Hasegawa, I hope my services will be of use to you in the future.” Ken held his bow for a few moments to try and gauge the atmosphere.

In sickness and in health, a match maid in heaven when Kazutoshi is forced by his aunt to take on a maid in hopes of alleviating his responsibilities despite it being against his wishes, and the month that follows as the two of them allow for something more to foster between them.

Summary
After Nakamigawa falls asleep in Takeshi's room as per usual, Takeshi discovers while trying to swap to the other's room to sleep in privacy, as was standard for them, that not only was the door locked, but that the key seemed to be nowhere. With no way into Nakamigawa's room, Takeshi is forced to resign himself to spend a night sleeping in the same bed as his fully completely and totally platonic best friend.

“I- I- What?! W-well, thank you. I’m glad you liked it. It was the producer’s idea, though I didn’t like the dry feeling the foundation gave me.” Ken fiddled with his hands in his lap as Kazutoshi got a little closer.
