“A lot,” Connor continued, staring straight ahead at the ice where Fraser was effortlessly weaving through defenders. His voice dropped, almost as if he was talking to himself now. “As much a person can love their boyfriend.”
Now that got Will’s attention. He turned fully toward Connor, “Not more than I love Mack.” It wasn’t a question—it was a statement, edged with something that sounded suspiciously like a challenge.
