Summary
Earth falls apart. Skull dies five years later, hopefully for the final time. It's certainly not the end he had wanted, with a cursed collar around his throat, but it could have been worse.
He wakes up with sea water in his lungs.
What a madman's idea of paradise he's found himself in. Chaotic, disruptive, utterly deranged is this wide stretch of ocean where monsters and men abound. He wouldn't prefer it any other way.
The pirates were a surprise though. The young man in the orange hat even more so.

Summary
Mafialand is going through some serious construction, giving Colonnello some vacation time for a while. This leads the ex-Arcobaleno to buy an apartment while he waits. He swears if he knew it would be in the same building, and on the same floor as Verde, he wouldn't have bought the place. However, now he's stuck to deal with an eccentric neighbor that seems to think it's okay to pull Colonnello into his own, surprisingly, chaotic life. To be fair, though, they are literally saving the world.
Just wacky science adventures. Eventual, Arcobaleno x Arcobaleno. Expect a slow burn.
