"Yeah, says me," Katsuki said. His finger tilted up his boyfriend's face until they were staring at each other, eyes crinkling with love. "You're so fuckin' pretty, Shou."
Shouto thought there'd be another kiss after the sentiment was expressed. His heart was already beating faster as a response, and he even closed his eyes for a second. After two seconds, he opened them again to see Katsuki still frozen in that rare soft gaze of his. He grinned then, boyish and mischievous as he only thumbed Shouto's cheek before pointing at something on the table.
"Photo should be done, Halfie," Katsuki said, and their little world of two people broke into reality.
OR: Shouto finds a polaroid and knows exactly what he wants the first picture to be; Katsuki (surprisingly) cooperates.

Katsuki is already regretting this plan altogether when he decides to go with the most cliche and overused trope there exists in this day and age. The stretch-and-puts-hand-behind-shoulder trope. Katsuki can feel the heat creep up onto his face just thinking about it, cheeks burning a scarlet so fierce he could probably put Shouto’s fire to shame.
He’s certainly ready to kill a bitch right this moment.

Katsuki barks out a laugh and wipes the rice away from Shouto’s lips with his thumb. “You just wanna butter me up so I keep fuckin’ cooking for you,” Katsuki says, eyes narrowed in challenge, but a smirk on his face nonetheless.
“Yep,” Shouto says. He smiles, but there’s no guile in it. “I want you to cook for me every day.”
And isn’t that a thought?
Shouto doesn’t think about the future in terms of usual lifetime milestones, like getting married, having kids, the usual things. He thinks about the future in terms of hero rankings, if his quirk has improved, how long his family has gone without having a meltdown-inducing argument.
But sometimes, he looks at Katsuki and thinks, maybe.
