Summary
Another few minutes passed in silence after that, both of them too engrossed in their own homework to say anything further. Peter had put his headphones in so he could concentrate better without any distractions.
“Michael,” the guy says suddenly. Peter looked up at the sound of his voice, but he didn’t hear him quite clearly.
He pulls an earbud out of his ear. “What?”
The guy—Michael, apparently—clears his throat. “My name is Michael,” he doesn’t look at Peter as he speaks, he’s scribbling something on his notebook instead.
“Oh,” Peter breathes out. He didn’t expect the guy to introduce himself. “I’m Peter.”
“I know who you are.”

Summary
Louis de Pointe du Lac. A man starved of his ambitions and unfeeling to the dilemma of living, especially as a being of the unliving. A man looking for something he has yet to figure out as he has already found and experienced quite much in his immortal life. That is until a being like himself by the name of Stack comes along and kindles something new within him.
Elias "Stack" Moore. A man not quite starved of his ambitions, but starved of desire that does more than quench his momentary thirst. A curious and prying man by nature, and an even greater one in his immortal life, sets his sights on the being that is Louis.
Quickly the two fall into the feeling of wanting something, and with that comes much to be fulfilled.

.Unfortunately for the ice that was Louis, Stack was one who was familiar with throwing lit matches in quiet, cold rooms, and he enjoyed the thrill of doing so.
“That’s only half of the saying. Curiosity brought the sucka back.”
“Ain’t that so?”
“Ain’t that so.” Stack pushed out a puff of smoke, the scent and inhale of tobacco washing over Louis.
