Summary
Geralt got dumped on the mountain top and is so heartbroken that Jaskier (after yelling at him for three days) promises to stick by his side and see him home for winter. 22 years and he has never been to Kaer Morhen, and finds out the reason Geralt kept him away was because he knew that Jaskier would crawl into Vesemir's bed and never leave and that would be awkward to have your best friend and dad fucking.
Jaskier takes one look at Vesemir and realizes that Geralt was quite correct in his guess at what would happen.
He fully intends to spend the whole winter in Vesemir's bed - but he has to deal with a heartbroken best friend, a recovering from injury Eskel, and Lambert who is...Lambert.
A winter of sex, sex, sex and maybe writing a few songs, swiftly and confusingly becomes a winter of teaching the young wolves how to take care of themselves.
But at least Vesemir is grateful for what Jaskier is doing and shows him said gratitude in bed.

"Goddess," Jaskier says quietly, almost privately, except that his lips hover temptingly close to Eskel's. "You do look just like him, if it wasn't for—"
"The disfigured maw?" Eskel adds helpfully, out of habit if nothing else.
Jaskier puts a gentle hand on his cheek—the scarred one, gods save his soul—and Eskel leans into the touch involuntarily, like a dog starved for affection.
"I was going to say the hair," Jaskier finishes with a hint of kind amusement, and winks.

Summary
Geralt is hexed with a curse that takes his memories. One day, he runs into someone that he suspects is very important to him.
This is hurt/comfort with a happy ending.

He took a deep breath. This man obviously knew him. Frankly, that surprised Geralt. He was so handsome. He wore the finest clothing. There was a lute hung over his shoulder. Geralt tried to think of a reason that someone so refined or fashionable would be friends with a witcher.
But only people you care about can deal the kind of wound that puts that sort of expression on a face. So they were something to each other.
As the man walked through the crowd, people slapped his shoulder and asked for a song.
He was famous too, on top of everything else. And he was making his way towards Geralt. The witcher watched him approach and steeled himself for disappointment.
Ever since his memory loss, he’d had to deal with people approaching him and expecting him to know them back.
It always ended poorly.

It has to come to an end, of course. During winter Kaer Morhen hides them all away from the world. Come spring they return to it. Standing next to Jaskier at the stables Lambert wishes, selfishly, that there might have been just a bit more snow.
“I had a good time. A roof over my head, plenty of food, a comfortable bed, and fine company to warm it.” Jaskier winks. “Be careful, you might never get a winter without me.”
“That a promise?”
“More like a threat,” the bard purrs.

Lambert falls in love with Jaskier. It takes him a while to realize it.
