She’d told anyone and everyone who would listen how much she loved tennis, and then when that had been so tragically taken away from her, how could she possibly think of saying she loved anything else? Tashi tells Lily she loves her, but that’s her daughter. Art? That’s different, and the thought of trying to tell him so makes her heart race and her stomach churn.
