“Oh, you like that.” Will chuckles, the warm sound flooding Mike’s ears together with that of his heart, currently slamming at full force in his chest.
“Shut up.” Mike says under his breath, a whisper almost, but there’s no real bite to it. He is still not looking at Will.
“No.” Will starts, his voice not trembling one bit. That’s when Mike finally decides to look up, staring at Will with surprised eyes. “You shut up. And listen to me.”
Mike shudders, the hair on his arm raising impossibly fast. A stuttering sigh escapes his lips before he can avoid it. He simply nods, not daring to speak up again.
