Summary
Heroes and law enforcement in Japan are on high alert, searching for a new vigilante dubbed “Ryujin”, due to their streak of not only leaving villains for the police, but heroes as well. The only thing that has them hesitant to find whoever this masked man’s identity, is that the heroes he left behind have always been dirty, with evidence left behind by Ryujin incriminating them for every claim.
Fuyumi Todoroki has lived a hard life. Her mother locked away in a mental hospital, her brother Shoto closing himself off from the world, and her father being the indifferent man he always has been towards her. So when she is saved one night from a villain by the upcoming vigilante Ryujin, she cant help but wonder but who he could be, and what drove him to this path.
Izuku Midoriya has lived under the title of Quirkless his whole life. With his mother and father no longer there for him, it was harder than others lacking quirks like him. He decided to go to college, and even get a job working at the local cafe. Izuku had settled to living a simple life, away from heroes and villains. Well at least, that's what he lets the world think…

Izuku flushed when he saw the photo Mei had sent. It wasn’t anything inappropriate but it felt… intimate. Her golden eyes were half-lidded with exhaustion and he lamented the fact that they weren’t open a little further - it would have been a great opportunity to examine them and guess at her quirk without rudely staring. She wore a long-suffering sleepy smile and a tank top - likely the one she'd worn under her uniform all day. Her pink hair spilled haphazardly over a rumpled pillowcase and Izuku wasn’t sure whether there seemed to be more hair than he remembered or whether it was just an illusion created by her supine position. The overall effect was that Izuku forgot to breathe for a moment as he took her in.
