The Mojave is a graveyard as Hoover Dam fell, and the flag of the Bull settled over the desert for good. Six makes a run for the NCR border only to be caught in the eleventh hour by Vulpes Inculta.
He does not want another corpse to hang from a cross. His obsession took a darker form, a claim marked by violence and the demand of total ownership.
Life in Flagstaff followed as a sentence served in a gilded cage. Six exists as a trophy, a captive wife bound to the man who orchestrated her ruin. Every day is a battle of wills within the walls of her prison. Beneath the surface of a forced marriage, a distorted devotion begins to fester.
Survival means navigating the mind of a man who would rather destroy the world than let his prize go. A twisted kind of love can bloom in even the most poisoned soil.
Neither of them will leave this situation the same, for better or worse.
