    Summary

Halloween 1981 did not end with a baby’s scar and a mother’s scream.
Lily Potter stood in the ruins of her home and made a choice. With forbidden magic and relentless love, she banished Voldemort — but the cost was everything. Declared dead, betrayed by those she trusted, she vanished with her son.

Years later, the Wizengamot blazes gold. The Most Ancient and Noble House of Black has a new heir. The House of Potter rises. And… is that the Malfoy seat shining?

The world believes a lie. But Lily returns not as a memory — as a storm. With Sirius imprisoned, Harry hidden, and truth buried beneath politics and prophecy, it’s time to reclaim the story.

This isn’t about the boy who lived.
It’s about the woman who wouldn’t die — and the family she refused to lose.

    ---

“I used to think he was a genius. Now I think he’s just another old man who got used to the sound of obedience.” —Lily
“I buried the girl who followed the rules. What came out of that grave is not someone they’ll survive.” —Narcissa

Anon DM 9/29/2025. This one is honestly such a shame because clearly there’s serious innovation for plot. But I’m afraid a little smokescreen-joke that goes ”Does AI get writer’s block too? Is that why my posting rate changed—because when my brain stopped, the AI stopped with it? 😂 Sorry, I’m being mean” at chapter 50 after +240K of engaging readers doesn’t really cover it when there’s a wall of tags yet no mention and it is painfully clear to me (and the Anon) by the repetitive cyclic patterns + stack sens. + syntactics that this is AI gen/rw. GPT-typical comp. Cont. 9/30/2025, no response. BM burn pub. 10/10/2025.

Light in the Shadows by A1Writer.
Cont. 10/10/2025 requested to tag/note AI use. No response. Burn 10/20/2025. IMO GPT (starting as 4, later 5) usage due to (findings include but not limited to) circular spaced repetition of LLM-default phrasing when prompted for spec. pool, GPT-typical logic breakage between action/character ability, actual word-for-word descriptors available in SEVERAL AI-generated ref. works prior to publishing (scrape cycle continues).

PN: Why do these people always claim they have no beta? I understand the logic off thinking it’s a trace-throw off. But it isn’t. Code is code, so just tag your work.

    Summary

Five years after the war, convicted Death Eaters are auctioned off instead of receiving the Dementor’s Kiss. And the rest of the wizarding community watches Hermione Granger make a move no one expected.

“You’re wondering why,” she said, almost amused.

His voice was quieter than he expected. “Yes.”

She walked past him slowly, her heels whispering on the marble. She circled him like a predator inspecting prey.

“Because now I can,” she said, her voice honey-coated with cruelty. “Because now, I can make you kneel to me. A pureblood bending at a mudblood’s will and command.”

    In Her Image by Grangerette.
Contacted by Anon 9/18/2025. At least 3 readers noticed (comments). User vehemently denies (not to me). Informed of AI trace by SH 9/19/2025. Work hidden, reappears 10/3/2025, moderated. Burned 10/4/2025. IMO obvs GPT(4), entire work consistently includes (ao) repetitive signposting, AI typical agreement errors, stock s/c, over-polished generic prose, coded syntax, pool diction (produced by AI before publication date), void coded p-structure, general int. flat, in contrast material desc. abundant, as typical, etc etc. User claims old work, could be true, could be repost. Fast pace before or against, no matter, end result here still used GPT and published onto AO3 spring 25 with no disclosure, no tag.

Glanced at other works. 3 still in rework. IHI was dark. Different themes yield different style prose. But +100K analyzed in depth, I'm done, not drawing conclusions from the rest.

U 10/20/2025: Author Grangerette chose to orphan the work rather than admitting they’d used AI despite several readers pointing it out (excluding myself). Cowardly and dishonest.

Bookmark could be any one of the Cestember 2025 submissions by PensieveParadox. REBURN 10/10/2025, from early September after full produce reviewed, regrettably same result. Requested to tag twice early September, non-responsive. This story, and every other work, a total of 30 fics, submitted by this user to Cestember 2025 which is a NO AI WHATSOEVER collection, have IMO been generated/rw by AI, spec because of clear GPT-aligned underlying prose formula pattern (triple-s, neg. pat., sens. over., etc etc) cyclically present on repeat throughout entire body of submissions. Notified by DM that user suddenly dropped M-dash use to minimum after first Burn. That and random removal of punctuation DON’T FOOL ANYONE when the underlying code remains unchanged.

Submitting AI-materials to No AI Collections with clear rules is despicable. Do better.

    Summary

Hermione Granger is cast out for one mistake, but the world she falls into reshapes her more profoundly than the world she left behind.
Sent to Fluxwood Manor to bear her secret in silence, she enters a hidden network of exiled witches, forbidden truths, and the quiet strength of women surviving the spaces society tries to erase. What begins as punishment becomes a crucible of friendship, grief, birth, loss, and the first fragile threads of a future she never imagined.
But Fluxwood is only the beginning.
Hermione’s journey takes her from exile to a seaside estate where she becomes governess to a child who is not hers, under the roof of a man she was never meant to know beyond schoolyard cruelty. Draco Malfoy, healer and father, carries secrets of his own — including a mysterious wife, a family legacy closing in on him, and a life that was fractured before Hermione stepped inside it.
As seasons turn, their lives collide through grief, duty, loyalty, parenthood, and the dangerous feeling of something like hope.

Hermione must navigate the memory of the life she left behind, the man she once loved, the man she is learning to trust, and the woman she is finally becoming.

Author had 3 works a.p.o. first contact that they’d left the prompt formatting in the story. Blocked, no reply, but removed work. Blocked second contact too, no reply. Burned 8/28/2025: Witch of Fluxwood Manor by Emberrion. IMO ChatGPT4 either heavily processed/strictly generated. Say strictly generated with human edits (tiny style inconsistancies). Short explanation: Likewise leaving GPT-specific formatting rings initial bell. Then findings include but not limited to: known syntax and diction output within set framework, GPT-para consistency. IMO looks like the author writes some themselves, then lets GPT do the rest. No tag.

    User’s other works:
Stuck in Place (7/15/2025). Same issues as removed work, detectable GPT pattern throughout, small signs of human edits. Whole work dated once.
