    Summary

[“You may be an elf, but you’re still going to die before me, sentenced to age as I will forever be young and immortal. I’m doomed to see you wither with the passage of time.” The pale elf looked lost in thought, eyes averted from his lover’s gaze, but aimlessly set on their interlocked hands, thumb still rubbing Elas’ fingers, leaving traces of a soft caress. The drow’skin was now fair and smooth, warm to the touch. It was alive. But it was doomed to age, to get wrinkled and rough and, one day, to become ash. Eventually Astarion’s grip on Elas was destined to turn into a cold, lifeless embrace. An embrace the God of Death Kelemvor would one day scythe and break apart.]

Set post-game, as the drow Elas looks for the cloak of Dragomir, a magical garment that can allow a vampire to walk in the sun unharmed, him and Astarion share a talk about the incessant and ticking mortality of the former.

    Summary

When he wakes up, he's not himself. Not that he can remember what being 'himself' even means. All he has is a pounding headache and a name, 'The Dark Urge'.

Oh, and memories of the real world and over 500 plus hours of playtime in Baldur's Gate 3.

Now he's stuck inside the game, with no idea how he got there or what the fuck is going on. And very quickly, he'll realise that the real world of Faerun is nothing like the game. Shit hurts, there's no maps, fast travel, or save scumming. And people are far more complicated than simple video game characters.

If he can keep himself alive and make it through this, perhaps there's something waiting for him in Faerun, a life he can build for himself. But the urge is just as real as everything else, and it's out for blood.

All he wants is to find his freedom before the game kills him or the urge overtakes him.

    Summary

“Make it hurt, then. Kiss me like you want to kill me.”

    “I can do that.”

Two broken stars in a decaying orbit, passing closer and closer together until the inevitable, devastating collision.

Or, Tav is fucked up and down bad for Astarion, who doesn't quite see the appeal (but he's getting there). Sexual frustration, sloppy handjobs, a heavy dose of masochism, and way too many failed Insight checks ahead. Tav falls first, Astarion falls harder (eventually).

Or, a tragic-but-hopeful romance told through a series of incredibly ill-advised sexual encounters.

If you want to read a story where Astarion is sweet from the start and Tav is here to fix him, this isn't the one. If you want to read about two terribly broken men spending a good long while making each other worse before they make each other better, this might be for you. If you thought the in-game romance was a little too easy and it should have been ten times more painful and difficult to convince Astarion he's worthy of love, this is definitely for you.

Set during the canonical events of Baldur's Gate 3.

    Summary

Astarion Ancunin has had enough of his parent's expectations and control and the stifling atmosphere of Evereska, so he hops a trading caravan and lands in Baldur's Gate.

It smells like freedom. It smells like - Well, mostly it smells like shit and hard work, actually. But he has no intention of returning home and admitting to his parents that he was wrong.

So he charms his way into being a kept man, except then he is dumped. Rudely.

Astarion cannot tolerate the disrespect, so he schemes, charms, and finally, does the work to steal everything his ex-lover wanted for himself. And ends up accidentally finding out he quite likes getting paid well to judge others.
