“So, you see it too, right Kugisaki?” She just nods at him, not even needing the specifics as she swings her hammer in her hand at her side. They turn down one hall as she replies.
“What, Fushiguro acting all weird? Yeah! I haven’t been able to beat his ass in training recently, and suddenly I’m able to?”
Yuuji just nods at that, worrying his bottom lip between his teeth as they start working their way down the first of three sets of stairs they need to go down. His eyebrows are drawn together in their familiar set of worry.
“Yeah. He pretty much spaces out during anything now. It’s almost like he’s there but also not all together?” He watches from the corner of his eye as Nobara nods in agreement. Her hammer stops swinging and instead makes its way into her belt loop that usually carries it.
