"Tough match, right?"
Medkit doesn't respond right away.
A cold stare locks onto the other healer, her pink horns—horns that curved in a way that was awfully too familiar—, pink hanamusubi, pink kimono, and her pink everything.
He shifts, wrist scratching the rough concrete. At the thought of pink, a familiar figure crawls into the frame of his mind, where flesh is laid bare, rot eats through the remains of an eye, and predatory teeth decay into blackness. A lump shaped like a rock form itself in his throat, getting stuck. He swallows a number of times, but its itch never leaves.
He assumes that the aroma emitted from the flower that sprouts at his side is meant to soothe him, but at the mere sight of pink, the concept of "soothing" turns foreign.
Medkit grunts. That's all he can give her.

The Phight has dulled him down enough, but she's here to fix that.

Summary
There's something that lingers in Medkit's vicinity. Oddly endearing. A natural scent that's sweet, but has some sort of maturity to it–it's perfect, especially for Medkit. It compliments him.
Sword can hear Medkit speaking, voice low yet soft; it runs smooth. He's not listening to what he's saying, but he does stare mindlessly, forgetting to blink. He likes this smell. Different from the scent of sand he's often greeted with, or the overwhelming cologne that Zuka wears on 'special occasions'. He feels his head dip to the side.
"Is something wrong?"
"What?" he asks. "Something's wrong?"

Sword thinks the smell of Medkit's cologne is nice. Really nice.

“Slipknot,” he responds.
Katana slightly tilts his head, “What is ‘Slipknot?’”
“A nu metal band.”
“Interesting.”
“Would you like to listen to some of it?” he offers.
“Yes.”

"Now I know what your thinking. This thing doesn't look like a Rose Quartz. So in order to prove that this is indeed Rose Quartz, I brought in a gem-identifying robonoid!" Yellow Zircon announced.
The robonoid scanned the hideous creature that was supposedly "Rose Quartz". Yellow Zircon pulled her screen out waiting for the results.
Blue Zircon stood there nervously, clutching her own screens. Once the robonoid revealed that this was indeed Rose Quartz, there wouldn't be much she could do for her. They'd both be shattered, Rose Quartz for shattering Pink Diamond, and herself for not completing her task.
Which was to prove Rose Quartz innocent.
Yep, she's definitely going to be shattered.
Just then, a notification popped up on Yellow Zircon's screen, signaling that the results had come in. Yellow Zircon opened it smugly, already knowing what it would say.
Yellow Zircon opened the message, and almost dropped her screen from shock. She couldn't believe her eyes. This couldn't be possible. The robonoid had to have been broken or tampered with.
But no, the robonoid was not broken, nor had it been tampered with.
That was no Rose Quartz.
That was a Pink Diamond.
