Summary

Summary
Ever since Silena Beauregard was a child, she would have strange, almost prophetic-like dreams about a handsome, golden-haired prince from Phthia. But unlike every other demigod, her dreams aren't trying to warn her about imminent death; they're just dreams. If anything, their only use seems to be giving her poorly-timed deja vu. And they only continue to get worse the older she gets.
At age sixteen, Silena comes to a terrifying realization: her dreams are a double-edged sword, and they come with a cost she's not entirely sure she can afford. Will the visions of her golden-haired prince's death in the Trojan War save her or lead her to her own demise?Or: What if Silena was really just the reincarnation of Patroclus?

Summary
The phone rang four times before I heard his voice, crackled and hazy by the distance.
“Hello?”
“Richard.”
“Francis?”
“Yes.” I gripped the receiver very tightly in one hand, my other wound through the cord. I could feel my knuckles pressing my skin green-ish white.
“Where are you calling from?” I imagined what he might be doing on the other side. It was earlier in California, about 8:30pm. He must have eaten already. Perhaps he was laboring over his dissertation, marking students’ papers with a red-inked pen, a furrow between his brows and a drink in his hand. Perhaps he had someone over, someone frowning in the corner of the room with arms crossed. I imagined fluorescent lights and rawboned palm trees through the window.
“A hotel,” I answered briskly, and without delay added: “It’s over. I’m leaving her.”--
Post epilogue, Francis decides he can't endure his marriage and, desperate to get out of New York, goes to stay with Richard in California. But he isn't telling Richard everything, and tensions are bound to rise.

It’s all too convenient.
Aaron is using Kevin to get over his breakup, and as a way to experiment a part of his sexuality he had repressed until then.
Kevin is using Aaron to get over Andrew, to get over not being able to have him by having the next best thing, the pale copy that is Aaron.There are no reasons for this to go wrong.

“That’s right!” Nicky says with false brightness and a snap of his fingers before Aaron can respond. “You still have a voucher for that Atlantic Beach hotel, don’t you?”
Aaron nods, not looking at him. “I do, and it expires next month.”
Oh. Aaron had saved up, booked a beach vacation as a surprise for Katelyn. Then, a month before their two year anniversary, she had broken up with him. Kevin didn’t realize the hotel had given him a voucher; he’d just assumed Aaron either hadn't gotten his money back or gotten a refund.
Andrew says, “You’re not going.”
Aaron says, “I am.”
Andrew opens his mouth and Kevin can’t take it anymore. “I can drive you,” he says, before Andrew says something he’ll regret.

Summary
It didn’t surprise Aaron; of course Kevin would be good enough to earn awards. Kevin seemed like he was the kind of person who’s good at everything. So all in all, Kevin soon had become not only the city’s but also Ireland’s darling: a young, extremely good-looking pub keeper, working hard to keep his mother’s legacy.
A one-shot of Aaron being the protagonist in one of this cliché "Ireland" romance novels except he's still Aaron and Kevin's still Kevin.

Summary
It was bizarre how much his relationships improved with distance, but they say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Still, he didn't feel them missing like an amputated limb until recently. Maybe it was Matt and Dan's impending retirement, as they had started asking him some uncomfortably pointed questions about children and pregnancy. Maybe it was Nicky's brand new German citizenship, tying him forever outside the country.
Or maybe it was the fact that Kevin Day had been traded to Chicago almost a year ago and he and Aaron still hadn't done more than one stilted coffee meet up three months after he moved.

Aaron tries to keep his head above water, which becomes much harder once Kevin walks back into his life asking to be friends on purpose.
