Summary
Louie doesn’t know what he’d do without one of his brothers; he wonders if maybe he would try something crazy, like time travel or cloning. Perhaps he would, but at least for now, his family was fine—or as fine as you can get in an adventurous life like his. Sadly, not every version of his family is so lucky. So what happens when Louie is taken to be a replacement for a family who lost their lovable, lazy green triplet? How can he leave when his brothers look so heartbroken?

Or, my half-retelling half-exaggeration of the events of Glomtales! Sorta an exploration of how Louie pulled off the scheme, his thoughts pertaining to it, and how he interacted with Clan Glomgold :)

“Did Unc…” he cleared his throat, “Did your uncle really say those things?”
She bit her lip and nodded at the floor.
“That’s kind of messed up,” he said after a moment.
She nodded again with a little huff.
“He got hurt,” she said quietly, “He’s really mad at me.”
“I don’t think he hates you, though.”
She scoffed.
“How would you know?”Louie promised no more time travel, but this time it's not his fault, preteen Della is having her own problems, Donald just wants his macaroons, and the seconds are ticking down to midnight at an explosive New Years Eve party. Obligatory Louie & young Della adventure story to finish the set of time-traveling kids!
