They’re blushing. They know their face is red hot, and that she must feel it against her cool-to-the-touch fingers. Their gaze is cast to the side, refusing to meet the sapphire of hers.
Her hand moves to rest on their cheek, moving to make them face her. “Please.”
“O-Okay. Yeah, I-I’ll stay.”
