Summary
“Luo Binghe doesn’t kill omegas,” Shen Qingqiu reiterates through clenched teeth. It was an entire thing in Proud Immortal Demon Way—one of Bingge’s staunch principles that Shen Qingqiu had admired as a reader. Not even villainous omegas! The women were, naturally, folded into his harem, while the men (rare as male omega villains were) were just sort of…left alone. Oh, Bingge would slap them around a bit, of course, but at the end of the day they would snivel so pathetically that he’d just drop them in order to focus on whatever new wife he had just acquired.
Shen Qingqiu’s face may be thin, but he isn’t above doing a bit of sniveling if it means keeping his life. The only problem is that his current body is that of an alpha.
Shen Qingqiu enacts a hare-brained scheme to avoid his death at the protagonist's hands. He discovers a few things about both himself and Luo Binghe along the way.

Summary
Along with the cold realization of how much they touch is the discovery of how much Luo Binghe thinks about him. Which is a lot. Shen Yuan could count on one hand the number of times he’d glimpsed into Luo Binghe’s thoughts and found his friend not thinking about him. And it’s not just the existence of the thoughts themselves, but also the contents of said thoughts, which range from rather sweet sentiments about taking care of Shen Yuan in some way, to— Well.
And look, Shen Yuan isn’t the thought police. It’s not like he’s going to hold it against Luo Binghe for having certain thoughts within (what should be) the privacy of his own mind. But does he have to have so many? Doesn’t he ever get tired of thinking about Shen Yuan and all the, ahem, things he’d like to do to him?
After making it past his thirtieth birthday without losing his virginity, Shen Yuan gains ‘cherry magic’ wherein he can read the thoughts of anyone he touches. In doing so, he discovers that his good friend Luo Binghe has been in love with him for ages. Too bad Shen Yuan is straight and doesn’t have a chance of returning his feelings.

Summary
It’d be nice if anyone other than Sect Leader would acknowledge that not only is Mu Qingfang great at keeping secrets and as the world’s most renowned doctor and cursebreaker it’s kind of insulting that people think he is somehow unaware that Luo Binghe has a spiritual core and a demon core and that Shen Qingqiu is in any way shape or form the little shit he grew up with. Well, they’ll learn the hard way because he’s going to force them to deal with whatever their communication issues are before it causes him more work.

“Yes! To prove to Junshang that his so-called shizun isn’t worth the title.”
Luo Binghe is not insensate and unaware during Shen Qingqiu's defense of him in the Holy Mausoleum. This does not change everything, but it changes enough.
