“Sparky?” A gruff voice calls out his name, causing Denki to whip his head around and face Katsuki. He’s in loose, grey sweatpants and no shirt, groggily looking at Denki, “What are you doing here?” He grumbles out.
He’s lost all that teenage malice, no barking orders at Denki or glaring holes through him. Just a genuine, sleepy curiosity.
Denki gets that same feeling he got when he visited Katsuki in the hospital. That tight feeling in his chest so uniquely tied to the other blonde that it’s weird when Denki doesn’t feel it, all fluttering heart and pushing tears to his eyes.

THIS WAS SO CUTE.
The no hurt comfort tag is very real in this fic. Dadkiri is something so important to my soul and Bakugou was the dad who stepped up. I am in love with Haruka, she is so sweet and so obviously Kiri’s daughter.
I loved all the small interactions too. Eri being haruka’s babysitter, the squad screen time, auntie Mina??? LOVE IT
My favorite part has to be after the injury, how quickly Bakugou stepped into the caring role for Kiri and Haruka. It felt so fitting, showing how much he’s grown to love both of them.
Chefs kiss. This fic is 100/10 and I will now default Kiri to baseball player in non hero aus
