“I do stupid things when it comes to you,” Yeosang admits, eyes following where Mingi moves to place his only justified reason for having come here out of reach as if the small action is enough to prove his point. “Things I shouldn’t and can’t defend or explain as to why I let you get away with so much.”
The tension hanging between them is heavy - Mingi refuses to accept that he could just be imagining it when he all but whispers back, “That makes for one of many things I’ve always loved about you.”

Yeosang usually doesn't have to try very hard to get what he wants. An innocent smile here, and a flutter of his lashes there, is almost always enough to have anyone bending to his every whim.
Song Mingi is the first person to ever come along and stand as a pointed objection to this universally accepted truth - and despite Yeosang's growing willingness to be the one groveling for the first time in his life, it seems Mingi is hell-bent on not making this particular chase so easy.

Alternatively; Yeosang knew better than to bite the hand that feeds him, but rather than being given the grace of showing Mingi his gratitude for sparing his life on his chosen terms, it becomes increasingly apparent that the hunter has his own ideas in mind for how Yeosang should be made to pay back his newfound debt.

Summary
