Yang’s hand comes to rest on the back of Blake’s head, tangling in the half-bun she’s pulled her hair back into. Blake lets out a little pleased sound and leans into the touch. “Mmm good point. I bet you she tore off the sleeves of that uniform of hers. We should definitely get arrested.”
Or, what was a very shaky - if logistically solid - plan to reintroduce themselves to the Atlas crew in Vacuo goes slightly sideways, the gang spend some time in jail, Neo continues to be an agent of chaos, and Weiss just really wants to kiss her girlfriends.

When Blake gets her dream job, it means moving halfway across the world. Yang barely knows a soul in Menagerie and, unsure of her welcome, Blake is hesitant to return to a world and a family she abandoned out of fear and shame. Yang examines her fears about what it means to leave behind her family and the only place she has ever called home.
In a healthy relationship, nobody has to do big work on their own. Working together, Blake and Yang begin to fully recognize the importance of their past when faced with a crossroads of decision. They move their relationship forward, a clean slate in a new land. Together they discover that home is what you make it, and in a world of change the only constant is love. -

When Vacuo has little help to offer, and power struggles among the refugees threaten to make dire matters worse, Winter -struggling with the weight of her grief and the burden of Penny's final "gift"- has no choice but to put herself into the last place she ever wants to be: the spotlight.
Just until people get their shit together. It doesn't quite work out that way. (Her mother always said that competence is a curse.)
A continent away, Robyn has faint hope that the evacuation worked and little else. She expects the journey to Vacuo to be rough for many reasons: reasons like fighting grimm, dealing with her (former enemies) travel buddies, and finding a ride, all while doing her absolute best to not think about how all of this may be for nothing. But running endless missions in Argus (they need the help, she needs the money), stealing Winter Schnee's money (is it stealing if she promises to apologize eventually?), joining a weird group (gang? cult? club?) of huntsmen, and getting married (but only legally, except...illegally)? That definitely isn't part of the plan.
