Poe’s eyes close as Ranpo puts his chin to rest on Poe’s head. He uses him much like a lounge chair, and with about the same level of respect.
“That’s precisely the issue, I can’t seem to get any writing out.”
“Ah,” Ranpo responds with a hum, and as Poe tilts his head up to look at him he feels the stick of a lollipop jab him in the forehead. Ranpo’s eyes are closed, his lips in a pout, and there’s a certain something to the way his brow creases that means he’s thinking about something important. “You’ve got a classic case. Lucky for you, I’ve got a cure for you!”
“A classic case…?”
“Yeah,” Ranpo’s voice turns serious. “You’ve got writer’s block.”Poe needs help breaking through his writer's block, and Ranpo has just the cure for it.
