After the battle, Zelda carries him back to the surface. Link watches her fly away again in a shimmer of light until his eyes burn, until she is nothing but a speck on the horizon. He had hoped for a miracle at the end and though he waits and waits, one does not come. She is gone and he is left behind.

Alek had been shuffling through the papers and letters for Claude's familiar scrawl when his eyes caught a glimpse of a letter underneath. My dearest Dimitri, it began in the Archbishop’s neat script. Alek almost swallowed his tongue in shock. He did not allow himself to read further, already feeling guilty to have stumbled upon a lover’s letter amongst the King’s belongings. Goddess, it wasn’t his place to know such things.

Summary
Prince Dimitri Blaiddyd should have died in the woods in Duscur as a teenager. Only the intervention of the White Lady, ruler of Faerie, saved his life. On that day he struck a bargain: He would serve the White Lady for ten years and ten days, and she would give him the power to avenge his family.
Now his time is nearly up. He has only one last task to complete. He must journey to the mortal world, find the White Lady's half-mortal granddaughter, and bring her to Faerie to assume her rightful place.
There's just one problem. Byleth Eisner doesn't want to go.

Summary
After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!
