Although he had complete faith in Minato, he could not help but feel nervous; this was his first competition after all. He placed his right hand on his chest, willing his heart to calm down. This was Minato who always gave it all if let be, and he had given it all for this. His time had been getting better too and he had finished with a new personal record during his last practice. Whatever happened, Akihiko could only feel pride when looking at Minato.And maybe… Maybe… Attraction, too.
But that was neither here nor there.

"Let me do it," Viktor says, right as Jayce is mid-gulp of his moscow mule. Perfect timing. He half chokes and half laughs, but Viktor is committing to the bit, his eyebrows raised expectantly.
"Oh shit. Like actually, V?"
