Ra's stole Tim's spleen and threw him out a window, so Tim retaliated by stealing every single asset in the league's possession and then blowing every major League of Shadow base in the world to smithereens, as one does.
Or cue the one where Tim gets his hands on all the league's material assets, and I mean ALL OF THEM.
Money, Weapons, Poisons, information, surveillance, Lazarus pits, magical artifacts, and of course the nuclear bombs that he found in the basement. All of which, now belonged to Tim.

After dying from his fight with Ra’s, Tim finds himself in a foreign universe with unfamiliar heroes and no idea of how he got there or how he would get back. He tried to avoid interfering. Really.
