Euclase was pragmatic if nothing else. When Phos started mentioning vague stories about the moon, in an attempt to pluck them from their home, Euclase stood in retaliation. To forsake Sensei -- or Adamant, one who had been their constant for thousands of years, in an attempt for something as abstract as change? It was ridiculous.
And now, more than anything else, he wanted to apologize.
