Summary
Jeonghan has a rule, one he set for himself years ago. Whenever Seungcheol looks at him just so, and that familiar cotton-candy-soft feeling wells up in his chest, he forces himself to look away first, to leave the room until his pulse settles and the heat fades from his cheeks. It's the only one he's never broken, and over time, he's resigned himself to hiding his feelings for the rest of his life. But his resolve wavers when Seungcheol starts acting strange (unbeknownst to him, he’s trying to ask him out!).

Summary
Two drinks in, over bulgogi that Seungcheol was paying for, Jeonghan asked— or, stated, “I think we should sleep together.”
He expected Seungcheol to freak out a bit more than he did. That to say, he didn’t freak out at all. He only poured himself another shot, and took it, and asked, “What do you mean by that?”
Jeonghan shrugged. He refused to drop Seungcheol’s eyes, and Seungcheol refused to drop his. “I miss having sex. I need to fuck someone regularly. I’m done with relationships and I’m too lazy to hunt for something casual. I think we’d do well.”

Summary
Seungcheol finds out a lot of things about Jeonghan, like how he’s been working in publishing since he graduated uni, and how much he likes reading Agatha Christie, and how he has a years-long obsession with building Lego sets. His opinions on Google Docs and early 2000s indie rock. How he recently moved back from Osaka, after six years there. How much he genuinely misses the home he’d built there, despite being happy to be home.
Seungcheol finds out a lot of things about Jeonghan, but he doesn’t find out about his ex-husband, or the mess of the last couple of months of his life. Schrödinger’s box of issues that Jeonghan will continue to ignore for as long as he possibly can.
