Summary
Since Anakin’s fall, not a day went by without Obi-Wan pleading with the Force for a second chance, even though he knew it was impossible. After the news that Darth Vader was indeed Anakin, this dream only took a firmer root, becoming even more painful and desperate. And then, following his final battle with Darth Vader, Obi-Wan suddenly woke up in his bedroom at the Temple. He had received his second chance after all.
Anakin never thought about second chances. It was a futile exercise that brought nothing but endless pain and a throbbing emptiness where warmth and joy once lived. Nevertheless, upon opening his eyes in his room within the Temple walls, Anakin had no choice but to accept what was happening and begin figuring out how to set things right. And the first thing he did was make a serious mistake while talking to Obi-Wan.

Summary
The hum of a big ship had been soothing once, the engines, the breathing and the heartbeats of the sleeping passengers creating a pleasant lull for Anakin. But that had been when he was still a padawan, when he was always together with Obi-Wan, and Anakin realized, that it had been Obi-Wan’s force presence that had filtered out all the noise and made it something that Anakin could enjoy. Now, without him, everything he could sense in the force was a cacophony, the volume of it turned so high, that Anakin couldn’t get a moment of peace.
Or: Anakin suffers from really bad anxiety and Obi-Wan is the anxiety medication.

Anakin doesn’t hear speech, but he hears… something.
Your self-control is poor, pops into his head. You are too old and too powerful to be so careless.
Oh, great. Just what he needs. Anakin bites down on his tongue and bows his head, slamming down as many shields as he knows how to construct.
Clearly though, the new bond bypasses it all, because he hears the next part perfectly well.
I will travel with you.
