“So… are you free tonight?”
Tony looked up when he heard the question from Abby, blinking a few times. “I’m sorry, what?”
Abby huffed as she rolled her eyes at him. “Were you even listening, Tony?”
“I was, I promise,” he insisted, before pausing. And then thinking. And then asking, “Sorry, what was the question?”
Abby rolled her eyes and huffed at him. “I was asking if you were free for a movie night and dinner, because it’s almost my second favourite holiday of the year!” When all she got was a blank look in response, she elaborated with, “Halloween!”
“Halloween!” Tony slapped his hand on the desk, as though to emphasise what they were saying. “Of course! Your yearly scary movie and snacks night!”

prompt: “I’m afraid I’ve fallen in love with you.”
Eyes fluttering open, Ziva didn’t know what she was going to wake up to. She knew what she’d fallen asleep to, she remembered the gentle rocking and the whispered sweet nothings, the gentle moans and intertwined fingers. She remembered falling asleep in his arms, wrapped in his embrace — it felt like a fever dream, she couldn’t tell whether it was real or some figment of her imagination, and she feared the whole time she was gearing up to open her eyes that he would be gone, and she would have imagined it all.
But she woke, and she opened her eyes. And she opened it to his fingers gently running across her cheeks, caressing her softly. Her lips lifted into a soft smile.
“Good morning.”
“Good morning.”

Summary
SOSS era - Ziva thought she had it nailed. Make sure her lovers always had a flaw, it was easier to walk away then. Tony's flaw happened to be the absence of a certain act. Until now. But even then, he's really not that good at it.
